Wash your apples – (Granny Smith are best) – No need to core or peel them!
Get out your Mandoline to slice the apples thin 1/8\”
Lay them out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with Penzey\’s Vietnamese Cinnamon
Cook for 15 min at 300 degrees
Flip – Cook for another 15 min
Dry on wire rack
Trick is to cook them long enough but not too long!
