Nancy recently ran her 35th marathon - her 12th Boston Marathon in October 2021. She is proud to have been a charity runner in more than 10 marathons raising more than $20,000 for various organizations.

Experience Matters: Nancy is an expert project manager, experienced fundraiser and running coach.

Nancy has 28+ years working events in the field, training staff and volunteers. She is experienced in working with corporations, individual athletes and sponsorships.

Organizations Nancy has worked with include the Navy SEAL Foundation, American Red Cross, Arthritis Foundation and the American Cancer Society.

Nancy Peck Cook is a trainer and speaker who has presented in front of large and small audiences for the past 26 years.  Her work as an executive and volunteer trainer for the American Cancer Society during the growth of the signature activity Relay For Life trained professionals to be more confident and successful in their roles. 

Nancy has been speaking about her journey as a cancer survivor for the past 13 years and has performed on stage for large and small audiences. 

She has competed in the International Toastmaster Speech contest & advanced to the Division level with her speech
“The Toughest Marathon of my Life”.

Skiing is Believing began as a Tall Tale speech at a Toastmaster contest. Nancy was so excited to tell this story that she realized that not only was it fun and entertaining, but also inspiring! Believe it and you can achieve it! became so vital a message she knew she had to publish it.   

Apart from being an author, Nancy is a record breaking athlete, mom and wife, cancer survivor, philanthropist, coach, trainer, speaker, and consultant.  Read more here
