These days I have found myself cooking more and more, proving to be the best “Mrs. Cook” that Steve could ask for…. it is pretty fun discovering the kitchen, trying new recipes, but not letting it control my “day” in planning. The easiest thing I find to do is go go to google and search whatever food I am preparing. We keep it healthy and simple with pairings with broccoli, cauliflower, roasted asparagus, corn, and lately roasted sweet potato “fries”.

I do slight variations depending on the ingredients we have in the cupboard so don’t be afraid to try something new if you don’t have the right stuff in hand!
