I took this idea home from the NH Craftsmen’s Fair and using a teddy bear pattern & my old collection of buttons and proceeded to take a favorite Mohair sweater (I bought the mohair in Kansas City) and and Irish cable knit sweater (one of my favorites from high school) to create Mo & MacKenzie Bear – the beautiful bear couple. Mo – for Mohair and MacKenzie because of her Irish cable knit appearance. 🙂
It was a day in the office and I stuffed away… Here they are today – still sharing their beauty with antique button eyes and jewels as a broach underneath the lace neckline…
So glad that Trendy Treehouse photo subject is stuffed animals, this gives me a reason to share them with all of you. Hope you love them as much as I do!
