Schuyler’s Rules of Project Management

Out of the mouth of babes….. In preparation for our annual Christmas card mailing, I fold the letters and stuff the envelopes and Schuyler does all the sticker work, stamps and seals – aka: Mr. Stickers. Schuyler is the “ruler of the project” and as always gives us pause to smile as he shares his rules of project management that truly make sense to all. This is all in his words and what a great boss he is going to be….

Schuyler’s Rules of Project Management

1. Never quit
2. Don’t leave the project until you’re done
3. Give yourself a pat on the back, or you can pat someone else on the back
4. Have fun
5. Don’t be sad if someone tells you you’re not doing good
6. IF you are not doing good, they could switch you to a different job that could be easier for you.
7. If you are boring you could do this…. (turn over snow globe) and watch the snow fly.

(I love the last point as a ski bum, that one always worked for me!)
