Good & Healthy – Roasted Garlic



My favorite dish – this little garlic shaped Le Creuset garlic roaster that I have had for a few years. Steve & I love roasted garlic and as you can imagine it is best to eat garlic with your friends & family & not by yourself. : )

Testing out different recipes I found that using 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup of water makes the sweetest, tastiest garlic ever! season with a little pepper and you are good to go! Eat alone with your meal as an appetizer or with some french bread and olive oil right from the roaster! : )
