Cucumber salad! Whole foods fresh from the garden, or the local garden stand is so incredibly good for you and this recipe will knock your socks off!
Just add sliced cucumbers from your mandolin and Julian sliced red peppers add some red onion add some Penzey\’s dill weed with apple cider vinegar Himalayan sea salt fresh ground pepper and there you have it a wonderful fresh salad to enjoy any time of year!
